Mrs. Siddi Rangan is an industry veteran, and has been associated with the FM industry since 1984. She began her career in FM at The Oberoi Grand in the House Keeping dept. In 1992, she transferred to the Oberoi School of Hotel Management (OSHM), as Batch coordinator, Trainer, Mentor and Guide.

In 1996 Siddi moved to the corporate office of Oberoi to lead the opening of new properties. Since then, she has worked at Krishna Oberoi, Hyderabad, and at the Team Annanda in the Himalayas, Rishikesh. As guest faculty, she was invited to help students during their campus interviews at Christ College, IHM Bangalore and the Army Institute.
