Has an experience of 23 years in overall Housekeeping operations, Budgeting, hiring, pre-opening operations, guest handling, creating customer satisfaction and memorable experiences, building customer loyalty, coaching, mentoring, training, development, relationship building, efficient team building, employee engagement, Critical thinking to recognize problems and identify solutions.

She is the Founder and General Secretary of i-Professional Housekeeper’s Association India. IPHA started in January 2015, is a professional organization of individuals involved in Housekeeping in hotels, hospitals, facilities management and allied professions. iPHA, is predominantly young having more than 1200 members, key focus is on training, upgrading standards of cleanliness, personal growth, professional development of Housekeepers at the corporate and connect with the hospitality industry worldwide.
