Ms.Savitha U. Ulavi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering 2011- present. She received her Bachelor of Engineering (2008) in ‘Environmental Engineering’ from P.E.S College of Engineering Mandya (VTU), Master of Technology (2010) in ‘Environmental Engineering’ from SJCE Mysuru (VTU). Currently she is pursuing her Ph.D from Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Her areas of specialization are Air quality modelling and management, Source apportionment Studies, Machine Learning applications to environment, Predictive analytics and Advanced wastewater treatment. She has presented her research work in national and international conferences in India and abroad. She has won Best Paper and Poster Awards and her present h index is 3.
