Mr.Pravin Jadhav is a postgraduate chemical engineer with twenty years of research and industrial experience. He has contributed to India’s Initial National Communication to the UNFCCC, research on alternative refrigerants under the Montreal Protocol, and the technology development for CO2 capture from the large thermal power plant’s post-combustion flue gases and their sequestration. He has provided consulting to many corporates in SE Asia in the development of sustainability strategies, disclosures, and carbon markets.

He started his career with research at the National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune, and National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur. His research area was in the field of energy and environment and he has published eight research papers in international journals and conferences. Currently, he is heading the Environmental and Social Risk at RBL Bank, Corporate office, Mumbai.
